I got a flat on the way to work and managed to get in when they opened to have it replaced.

They did it for me then and there and I was back off to work straight away. Great service.

Exhaust back box fell off and I took it in assuming it would need a new one. Turned out it was just the brackets gone and the young man fixed it in a jiffy. He told me the exhaust was in good nick. Honest, prompt service.

Haven’t been here for a while. But had a puncture so had to get it sorted. Staff were friendly and replaced my tyre quickly (old one not fixable). All round good service. Cost was reasonable.

Had a tyre which kept loosing pressure, was going to have it repaired, thought it might be the valve but after taking it off the wheel they found a piece of wire going straight through, so opted for a new tyre. About one if the only tyre centres open for business, cheaper than some too!!!

Really good service from the young chaps on duty. Listened to my request, two tyres on the front, asked to replace rears and accepted my refusal no problem. On closer inspection it was clear I needed four tyres, no question. The guys were really honest about it, and that’s really what you need. Yes the bill hurt, but at least I have new tyres for the winter months.

Very friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent service all round for a tyre repair at very short notice and a very reasonable charge. What’s more, the guy who did the job talked me through the process as he went along, so I learnt a few things as well!

Professional chaps, did extra for me also when I needed to know whether both alloys had been welded prior. Replaced my OSF tyre with a new alloy too (as it was split) and turned out my NSF alloy had been welded in the past too so I’ll look at getting that sorted at some stage too

Ive been driving for 17 years and have visited countless garages across the South West. I took my Corsa in today and can honestly say that these guys are by far the best. Though the wheel balancing machine was out of order on Tuesday, I was told it’d be fixed quickly so I could either come back later or Wednesday morning. I dropped in first thing on Wednesday and although they were busy and only operating with 2 staff I was up in the bay and balanced and aligned in less than 20 minutes for just over £40. Polite, fast and efficient – what else do you want? Perhaps they could put me locking wheel nut adaptor back in its box next time?😎

I’ve used this place a number of times for tyres and batteries. Last visit was this morning to get a flat tyre repaired on my way to work. Quick efficient service. Will use again in the future I’m sure.

The guys here have always managed to fit me at short notice and they are friendly & helpful. They fitted me with a new clutch this week which was reasonably priced. Will be back again next time I break my car or need an MOT.

Where can I start i was recommend to go here and jordan has really helped me. Had an issue with my brakes since it’s a hyundai not many places could get the part which I had to go online once I got the part which was the mass cylinder they fitted it quickly and was all working perfect along with a fair price and great customer service. Nothing was to much for jordan and his team and I will not take my car any where else really happy customer.

Went to Tyres Direct in Avonmouth with what I thought was a tyre puncture – was dealt with straight away and one of the mechanics took the wheel off to have a look. No puncture was found so the mechanic took the tyre off the wheel, cleaned the wheel up and applied sealant to make the tyre a better fit

Took about 15 minutes and I wasn’t charged a penny, would definately go back again

The boys at this garage really looked after us today going above and beyond to make sure our car was safe to drive home to Worcester after a burst tyre on motorway .
